Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrival in Lukla & Trek to Phakding

   •   Activity: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 m), the gateway to the Everest region. Begin the trek to Phakding (2,610 m).
   •   Trek Duration: 3-4 hours.
   •   Highlights: Scenic flight to Lukla, stunning views of mountains, and the Dudh Koshi River valley.
   •   Accommodation: Teahouse in Phakding.
   •   Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Breakfast Lunch Dinner

   •   Activity: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m), the bustling hub of the Everest region.
   •   Trek Duration: 6-7 hours.
   •   Highlights: Crossing suspension bridges, entering Sagarmatha National Park, first glimpses of Mount Everest.
   •   Accommodation: Teahouse in Namche Bazaar.

Namche Bazaar to Tengboche

   •   Activity: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m).

Tengboche to Everest Base Camp & Return to Gorak Shep
